US STANDARD DELIVERY
Free for orders over €500
For orders under €150 a flat shipping fee of €45 will be charged
Delivery within 3-5 working days
Delivery Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and public holidays)

GERMANY STANDARD DELIVERY
Free for orders over €400.
Orders under €400 will incur a flat shipping charge of €25.
Delivery within 3-5 working days.

GERMANY NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Free for orders over €500 € 35 for orders under €500 Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day Friday orders placed before 1pm will be delivered on Monday Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday Delivery Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and public holidays) Additional terms and conditions apply, see below
TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If you created an account during checkout, you can check the status of your order by logging into your HEILS APOTHEKE account. Once logged in, you can click on „View My Orders.“ Your order will be marked with one of the following:
Order Received: Confirmation that your order has been successfully received by Pro Online Medecine and will be ready to process shortly.
Order Held: Your order is still being processed, but our team needs to review it before we can confirm dispatch.
Order Being Processed: Your order is now being processed and will be dispatched shortly.
Order Canceled: Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order due to an outstanding issue. You will receive an email notification of the cancellation with information on next steps. You can speak to our customer service team on 0121 541 1800 or send a message on our contact page
. Order dispatched / Track your parcel: Your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you
. Order partially dispatched: To avoid any longer waiting, we have partially dispatched your order and will email you with the expected dispatch date for the remaining items. Please note that we will only process a partial dispatch if both parts of the order have a total value of €7.50 or more.
